At Gama Bazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product delivered meets quality standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes it simple and transparent.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, and perishable items can only be returned at the time of delivery if they are damaged, spoiled, or not as described.

  • For packaged groceries or non-perishable items, returns are accepted if:

    • The product is defective or damaged.

    • The product is expired or incorrect.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging (where applicable).


2. Return Process

  • Customers must check their order at the time of delivery.

  • If you notice an issue later, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

  • For defective or bad-quality products, images must be shared with our team for verification.


3. Refund Policy

  • In case of a valid return, refunds will be processed within 2–7 working days after approval.

  • For poor-quality products (on verification with images), refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • In some cases, refunds may be provided as store credits/coupons (as per customer preference).


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, delivery charges (if applicable) may not be refunded.

  • Gama Bazar reserves the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed within 2–7 working days.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable products (once accepted at delivery).

  • Items purchased under special promotions/offers marked as “Non-returnable.”

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
